Pension Computer Portal

Individual Computer Pension Portal

Dear Members of the Association,

Further to our earlier message regarding a call letter for the pension portal – it is now available and appears below in both official languages.

James Forrest
Director of Communications

Would you like to take part in the creation of a new Retiree Pension Portal by making your voice heard?

Good news! A new retiree pension portal is being designed! The Pension Program and Management Oversight Directorate has partnered with the Human-Centered Design Office to apply human-centred approach to design a new retiree portal. As part of the design process, we want your input!

In order to gather input, we will be conducting interviews with a randomly selected sample size of retired plan members. If you are selected to be interviewed, we will use your input to support the creation of a user-centric retiree pension portal for the Public Service (PS), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) pension plans.

The interviewer will ask simple, open-ended questions about your experience and needs as a retired pension plan member. No preparation is necessary. We encourage you to give honest, detailed feedback, ask questions and share your thoughts about the future pension portal.

The interview will take approximately 1 hour and can be conducted in an audio or video format, whichever you prefer.

If you are interested in participating, please send an email to Elie Ngandu Mpoyi at Elie.NganduMpoyi@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca by March 12, 2021 . To support the interviewee selection process and to ensure the sample size is inclusive of a broad range of retiree demographics, please include in your email your response to the following questions:

  1. What is your name?
  2. What is your age?
  3. What pension plan are you a member of- (RCMP-CAF-Public Service)?
  4. What province do you live in?
  5. How many years have you been retired?
  6. Would you be comfortable doing the interview via video conferencing?
  7. Which language would you prefer to do your interview: French or English?

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Elie Ngandu Mpoyi.

Thank you
