ARE YOU A RETIRED PEACE OFFICER WANTING TO SUPPORT THE COVID-19 EFFORT?
We are currently seeking candidates to surge our enforcement capacity. If you have a strong enforcement background, are great at dealing with people and want to support Canada’s efforts to reduce the importation and spread of COVID-19 in Canada, this position will be of interest to you.
WHAT COULD YOU BE DOING?
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with public health and border officials.
- Examine non-compliance, support enforcement and on-going investigations.
- Provide professional support to PHAC officials as they carry out their enforcement duties.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION…
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communications skills, experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and conducting investigations.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in one of Canada’s major metropolitan areas and/or in proximity to land border ports of entry and airports.
