Help Communicating with VAC

Dear Association Members,

We have received a note from Sgt. Kim Hendricken (RCMP – VAC Liaison Officer) providing some guidance if you are experiencing difficulties in dealing with VAC.

Kim writes,

Re: VAC 520 (Found on your My VAC ACCOUNT)/VAC 520f

Do you need some help with communicating with VAC on their decisions, processes, or benefits? Then please complete and submit the form VAC 520e found on your My VAC Account giving VAC permission to talk with person X (Family member, friend, RCMP Advocate, etc) on your behalf. VAC will place the form on your file and then will be able to communicate with person X about the questions you may be having with respect to VAC.
