Retired Staff Rick Winslow of North Vancouver Detachment has retired from the Force and joined the North Vancouver Koffee Klatch.

 

 

 

 

Rick passed on some old photographs from North Vancouver Detachment.

Douglas Forrest retired from the Force on November 7, 1967 at the rank of Assistant Commissioner.  In retirement, he came a life member with the Toronto Division of the RCMP Veterans’ Association.  He passed away in 1987.  His son James Forrest (Reg.#25858) would follow in his father’s footsteps and joined the Force on June 29, 1967.
