Membership Management System – Update

All Division Executive Members,

We have placed the reports mentioned in previous communications online in the database for your use.

We would like to remind you that members of the division executive are required sign a confidentiality agreement and submit it. Access will be provided for you to view the information necessary for your position.

There are three main reports.

Nominal roll
Division Treasurer’s report
Past Member report

The data used for these reports contains legacy information from the old database and has been updated as new information has been provided.

Please Note: Financial information in the member record may not be reflected in the reports as there is a lag due to manual processing of cheques and e-transfers.

With the centralization of the member information, we will be working to ensure a consistent level of accuracy.

The data in these reports is updated weekly, every Monday by 9 a.m. Any information that is required or needs changing in the interim, can be accessed through our support team at MEMBERSHIP.ADMIN@RCMPVA.ORG. Any changes you request will be made and acknowledged and will be reflected in the reports posted the following Monday.

While the information is there, we are working on speeding the delivery as there is quite a bit of member data in the reports. The reports can be filtered by division and member and payments status. We are also working on adding more information to the past member report which will reflect the date the member left and comments. We look forward to constructive feedback.
