Our New Executive Officer

Dear Members of the Association

A key role in the day to day operations of our Association is that of the Executive Officer.

In February of this year (2020) Dr. James Andrew Evans joined the Association as the first Executive Officer to not have served in the Force. He brings an entirely new perspective to the job.

Dr. Evans is a long time resident of Ottawa with extensive senior Government of Canada experience in managing Major Crown Projects for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), Service Canada, Agriculture Canada, The Treasury Board and Public Works. He is a solid friend of the Force with relatives who served in both the NWMP and the RCMP.

On January 1^st., 2018 Chantal Renaud became the Assistant to the Executive Officer (EA). She divides her time between the Quarterly, where she is the circulation manager and the Association where she manages our accounts payable & receivable, provides administrative support, assists in our Honours & Recogition program and assist in the handling of queries from both our members and the general public.

We are pleased to say that the team also includes retired Sgt. Danielle Poirier who provides part time administrative assistance at the office – sharing some of the workload.

The team is providing exceptional service to the Association and we are grateful for the hard work and hours that they put in to keep everything running smoothly.
