The Founding of Newfoundland and Labrador Division
Ron Wiggins of Newfoundland and Labrador Division has provided an interesting history of where his Division came from. This was written in 1997 as part of the Division’s AGM program. Thanks to Division President Leo O’Brien for sending this along.
