Apparently, some of you recently received messages from the law firm, “Kim Spencer McPhee Barristers P.C, regarding the RCMP Medical Examination Class Action. The message apparently implies you are participating in this action and refers to your ability to opt out, stating you must do so by using a form they have available for you. The deadline is October 29th.
I have included a link to the news article along with a link to acquire the “opt out” form.
I also understand some of you who received the message hadn’t actually applied to be a part of the Class Action.
Regardless, if you did receive this letter from Kim Spencer McPhee Barristers P.C. and want your name excluded from the Action, I suggest you complete the form and send it to them. I am advised they are indeed the firm that is handling this Class Action along with another, on behalf of a group of serving and former members.
