Veterans Submitted: Top Ten Photos

Over the past week, we have received many photographs which individuals have discovered and forwarded onto us.

Based on these submission, we selected the ten top ten photographs and they are included below for your viewing pleasure:

 

 

1) Veteran Ron Budd submitted “WWII  B17  Survival Story” – B-17 in 1943 A mid-air collision on February 1, 1943, between a B-17 and a German fighter over the Tunis dock area, became the subject of one of the most famous photographs of World War II. Check out the other photographs and amazing story.

7) Veteran Mel Hart submitted “Asiana Flt 214 Emergency Response Team photos” – Here are some pictures of the event. If you look at the damage and if you can imagine that only three (3) out of 307 people on board were killed is a miracle in itself.
