When a RCMP Veteran passes away – their old colleagues pause for a moment to reflect on the good times they had and the memories they created.

 

 

 

 

Despite the times that deceased member was serving their communities and away from their families, the Veteran’s family members are extremely proud of the contributions made by the recently departed.

#16751 – Retired Staff Sergeant Herbert E.A. MILWARD passed away on July 13, 2016 at Lombardy Ontario.

Bert join the Force on November 27, 1950 and served in both “J” and “HQ” Divisions until his retirement on November 26, 1985.  – You can read his obituary here.

 

Veteran Joe Healy maintains a comprehensive of most Force members who have passed away. As death notices are announced, Joe adds them to his website. Family members on occasion provide a photograph of the past member and a photograph of the grave marker. – You can check out Joe’s website here.
