GUEST SPEAKER:

S/Sgt. Robert (Rob) Elliot

Our  2019 Christmas Levee honours the RCMP Air Division, and former  S/Sgt. Rob Elliot has agreed to act as Guest Speaker for this occasion.  Rob joined the Force in June 1980 (#36070, Troop 10, 80/81) and was posted to Prince George, B.C. in January 1981-1987.  Over the ensuing years, he was transferred to Ottawa Air Section, Toronto Air Section, Regina Air Section, Iqaluit Air Section, Prince Albert Air Section, Vancouver Air Section, then retired from the Force on January 14, 2014.  He then took on a Civilian Contract from January 2014 to December 2014; joined Sky Regional Airlines (Air Canada Express) Toronto  (April 2015 – January 2017);  & Westjet Encore (Calgary) January 2017 to present.

Rob is married to Rosalin Segaar, with 2 daughters (Jessica & Kaitlin), and 1 granddaughter (Arya).  He enjoys travel, kayaking, cycling and hiking, but has a love/hate relationship with golf!   Rob and family now reside in Surrey, B.C.
